Samuel M. Warren

Samuel M. Warren is an attorney specializing in tax, criminal, and civil litigation. Sam is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, United States Tax Court Bar, and the State Bar of Arkansas.

Before joining Joelson Rosenberg, Sam worked at the I.R.S. Office of Chief Counsel in Detroit and Los Angeles, where he litigated federal income tax issues including: noncash charitable contributions, Schedule C business expenses, home mortgage interest deductions, hobby loss deductions, and fraud.

Sam worked at the Benton County, Arkansas Prosecuting Attorney’s Office where he prosecuted seven jury trials in twenty-four months. He spent sixteen months exclusively prosecuting crimes committed against children. Sam has also litigated civil asset forfeitures, civil commitments, and termination of sex offender registration cases.
