Jason C. Yert is a principal of the firm and is an advisor to his clients on a variety of business-oriented matters, with an emphasis on litigating disputes throughout the country.  Jason’s diverse practice includes counseling clients on and litigating commercial contract matters; business torts; employment-related matters; auto supplier disputes; corporate divorces; creditors rights enforcement, real estate oriented matters; and, construction disputes.

Jason’s practice includes representing a wide spectrum of individual and corporate clients, including local, regional, and national businesses; entrepreneurs, start-up enterprises, and global institutions.
