Rachel Tucker is a principal with the law firm of Joelson Rosenberg, PLC in Farmington Hills, Michigan.  In practice since 1997, her practice focuses primarily on estate planning, probate and associated real estate and business matters.  She received an undergraduate degree in Business-Prelaw at Michigan State University in 1994, a law degree at Wayne State University and a Masters in Business-Finance from Wayne State University in 1997.  In addition, she is proficient in American Sign Language.  She has served as the Women’s Bar Association past treasurer and corresponding secretary and is a long-standing member of the Oakland County Bar Association.  She was the New Lawyer’s Committee “Featured Attorney of the Month” in March 2002, and has been featured in articles in numerous periodicals, including the Jewish News.  Ms. Tucker frequently is a speaker at conferences and has spoken before the Women’s Hadassah, Risk Management Association, and Oakland County Bar Association.  She has served as the chair for the Oakland County Bar Association Probate committee and also as the Probate co-chair for the Bench Bar Conference. She’s been consistently recognized by the industry with the following designations: ‘Rising Star’ Super Lawyer in the field of Estate Planning & Probate Law- 2012, Five Star Professional-2018, 10 Best Attorneys in Estate Planning by the American Institute of Legal Counsel-2018, Michigan Super Lawyers-2022, and Top Lawyers for DBusiness Magazine-2014, 2020 and 2024.
